Isaac/Ivan fill continuation @ GS meme pt2

I felt like continuing after I wrote it anyway, but I didn't have any ideas... D: I have a few now, but I still want to see what anon has to say. and I'm sure the OP will be happy to come back to even more, too. (I saw the same request on pt1 made in 2008 so I'm sure they'll check at some point.)
I can probably work in most of what you'd like to see, if I know, so just throw it all at me, man. LOL.
